Orders & Delivery
Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for select pin codes. Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Same-day delivery available in Mumbai for orders placed before 12 PM.
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 98200 XXXXX or email support@hairsncares.com. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts over 3 days. You'll receive an SMS before each attempt. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to our warehouse and a full refund is initiated within 5–7 business days.
Yes. CDSCO regulations require Rx products to be dispatched separately from OTC products and only after prescription verification. Your OTC items may arrive 1–2 days before Rx items.

Rx / Prescription Products
Schedule H drugs are prescription-only medicines classified under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. They cannot be sold without a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Minoxidil 5%, Finasteride, and certain ketoconazole formulations fall under this category.
You can upload your prescription (JPG, PNG, or PDF) directly on the product page or during checkout. Our licensed pharmacist verifies it within 2 hours on business days. Prescriptions must be legible, signed, and dated within the last 6 months.
Rx products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed, as per CDSCO regulations. If you receive a damaged or incorrect Rx product, contact us immediately — we will replace it at no charge after pharmacist verification.
No. CDSCO law prohibits sale of Schedule H drugs without a valid prescription. You can get an online consultation through our AI Hair Diagnosis tool, which connects you with a licensed dermatologist who can issue a digital prescription.
Yes. All prescription data is encrypted and stored securely under DPDP Act 2023 compliance. It is only accessed by our licensed pharmacist team for verification and is never shared with third parties.

No. Our AI tools provide clinical guidance and product recommendations. Prescription medications require a separate online consultation with one of our registered dermatologists, who can issue a valid digital prescription.
Returns & Refunds
OTC hair care products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for eligibility criteria, process, and timelines.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. UPI and card refunds typically reflect within 3–5 days after processing.
Yes. Product exchanges are available for unopened items in original packaging within 7 days. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
Photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a free replacement dispatch — you do not need to return the damaged item.
